About Me

I am a frontend engineer and technical leader with over 7 years of experience building large-scale web applications and the systems and tooling that help teams ship faster. I lead system design and architecture across modules, own technical roadmap and delivery for key workstreams, mentor engineers, and interview and hire for the team. Lately I have focused on AI-assisted development, automation, and engineering processes that let people across design, QA, and the wider org contribute safely. My core stack is ReactJS, TypeScript, and D3.js, and I care a lot about performance, developer experience, and clean architecture.

Senior Frontend Engineer (SDE-3)

Synaptic Inc, Gurugram | April 2023 - Present

  • Led the adoption of AI coding agents across the team by writing the agent rules, reusable skills, and an AGENTS.md that captures the product context an agent needs to make sensible changes
  • Opened up the codebase to contributors outside core engineering, so designers, QA, and associate teams can make small changes themselves, backed by added tests, higher coverage, documented context, and custom ESLint rules
  • Built an automated pipeline that takes a task from issue to pull request: it picks up the task, makes the fix, runs the tests, opens the PR, and reports back to the source
  • Led the rework of our frontend CI/CD pipelines, cutting Run-All checks from 39 jobs to 3 and infra time from about 4h 40m to roughly 12 minutes, with deploys 30 to 40% faster overall
  • Wrote custom developer-productivity skills for slow, repetitive workflows (ship-pr, figma-to-code, babysit-pr) used by the whole team
  • Own the technical roadmap and delivery for frontend platform work, interview engineering candidates, run biweekly knowledge-sharing sessions, and mentor the team on architecture and performance

  • Led the end-to-end development of the screener module, a critical component of our analytics platform
